This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from Mother England’s online shop.
What do we collect from you?

We provide shipping details such as addresses and phone numbers to our distribution centre who will use it to fulfil the shipping via RoyalMail or ParcelForce when sending your order(s).

Data Retention:
When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.
Your rights - How you can opt-out, remove or modify information you have provided to us
To modify your e-mail newsletter subscription, please click on the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of our newsletter.
To delete all of your online account information from our database, sign into the “My Account” section of our site and remove your shipping addresses, billing addresses & payment information. To completely remove your account, please email us and we will delete it for you. Please note that we may maintain information about an individual sales transaction in order to service that transaction and for record keeping.
If at any point you believe the information we process on you is incorrect you can request to see this information and even have it corrected or deleted.
If you wish to raise a complaint on how we have handled your personal data, you can contact us directly and we will investigate the matter.
